Hypnosis is an incredible alternative in achieving healthful wellness.

Do not allow the misconceptions created by the media to confuse the truths about the benefits of hypnosis. There is and never will be a lack of control for the client, in fact, hypnosis strengthens and aids in building control of the self.  

Through positive messages and affirmations on the subconscious level, as well as the willingness and desire to change a habit or develop a self improvement there can and will only ever be beneficial outcomes.

Suggestions are the seeds and hypnosis the soil that cultivates the seeds to blossom into beautiful thoughts that grow larger and stronger.  Where there is an accumulation of weeds or negative thoughts, we have to do some "mind cleaning" and root them out before good suggestions can flourish.  As a result of dwelling on negative and self-debasing thinking, most people under estimate their potential and never reach their goals.

hyp.no.sis is an induced altered state of consciousness, characterized by a heightened suggestibility and receptivity to direction. Hypnosis is a sleep like condition even though the person in trance is fully aware and has total control.

 

 About Me 

I am a Certified Member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and I do annual training at a high level.  The National Guild of Hypnotists is the oldest and largest hypnotism organization in the world and it's certification is the most widely recognized credential for the professional practice of the hypnotic arts.

I was trained in Hypnotherapy at the Ontario Hypnosis Centre in Toronto, and the Ontario Hypnosis Centre is certified as an educational training institute by the Ministry of Human Resources Development Canada.
 

I believe that individuals have the right to choose, or practice, alternative or complementary self-improvement services.  Hypnosis is safe and non-invasive.  It is a wonderful tool you can use to help yourself.  I use hypnosis to motivate clients to eliminate negative or unwanted habits, reactivate the learning process, improve memory and concentration, develop confidence, reduce stress and for other social and educational endeavors of a non-medical nature. 

In general, I help people to cope with normal problems of everyday living by utilizing various techniques of hypnosis.  Hypnosis reduces stress, which is a beneficial adjunct of many medical and mental health disorders.
